Community roots. Global perspective.
I grew up in rural Mississippi where community and hospitality were second nature. As a kid I was curious, talkative, and always the one making introductions at every family gathering. Travel was in our blood — extended family road-tripping through every holiday and summer.
After nursing school and losing my mom to breast cancer, I stepped into travel nursing — and my childhood wanderlust caught fire. South Africa opened the door: Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Howick Falls. Then Lesotho, Kenya, Rwanda. In each place, locals said the same thing — we thought you were from here until you spoke. That meant everything.
Tatsyana Travels is the playbook I wish I'd had — safety protocols, research habits, and cultural respect turned into a repeatable system. No fear. Just structural planning, warm curiosity, and the confidence to say yes.
"If you're willing to learn, research, and adapt — respecting local customs and traditions — the world becomes doable. You enjoy more, worry less."
